Payment is required on or before the day of your appointment by cash or direct debit. If paying by direct credit, please use your surname and session date as a reference and provide a confirmation of payment prior to your session.
Medicare rebates are available for sessions if you hold a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan prepared by your GP. This enables you to claim a rebate on up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care program. You may also be eligible for 5 Allied Health sessions in addition to the 10 Medicare sessions.

Some private health funds offer rebates for consultations with registered psychologists, depending on your level of cover. It is recommended that you contact your health fund directly to confirm whether your policy includes psychology services and the rebate is available.
